Braces & Orthodontics

Not only are straight teeth important for your confidence, they are also crucial to having optimal oral health and function. So, if your crooked teeth are keeping you from the smile you deserve, we’re here to help.

How Does Orthodontic Treatment Work?

Orthodontic appliances are made of metal, ceramic, or plastic and can either be removable or bonded to the teeth. They will slowly move your teeth to the proper position by applying a constant, gentle force in a carefully controlled direction.

You no longer have just one choice of a metal band with a bracket around each tooth. The latest materials aren’t as pronounced and are designed to move teeth faster and with more comfort. For an even more discreet option, we have clear braces or Invisalign®.

Types of Braces

Traditional Braces
These types of braces are made from metal and are the most common straightening device. Made of high-grade stainless steel, they straighten your teeth with brackets and archwires. And, if you want a smile with your own unique style, you have the option of adding colored elastics.

Clear Braces
Clear braces are made of transparent materials like ceramic or sapphire. These are a great alternative for older teenagers and adult patients who have concerns that metal braces will be too noticeable. Clear braces aren’t as prominent as metal braces, but still provide the same excellent results!

Clear Aligners & Invisalign®
Clear aligners are a series of invisible, removable, and comfortable acrylic trays that straighten your teeth like braces. This type of straightening solution is removable throughout treatment, allowing you to eat and drink what you want, then brush and floss with ease, placing back on the aligners without hassle. We are proud to offer both Invisalign® and Invisalign Teen®.
